Position Summary:
The Directyor supports and leads the delivery of advisory engagements, with a focus on internal audit and consulting services for public sector clients. This role contributes to project execution, client communication, and analysis, while developing technical expertise and leadership skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, and reporting
  • Conduct client interviews, testing, and data analysis
  • Prepare and review deliverables such as internal audit reports and process assessments
  • Collaborate with managers and team members to meet project timelines and budgets
  • Maintain strong client relationships through clear, professional communication
  • Apply firm methodologies, tools, and quality standards across engagements
  • Contribute to business development and knowledge sharing initiatives

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or related field
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in public accounting, internal audit, or consulting
  • Experience with government/public sector clients preferred
  • CPA required - CIA or CFE are a plus
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and presentation tools

Compensation: $190,000-$250,000 base salary, plus bonus programs.
