Assurance Supervisor

Assurance Supervisor for Macias Gini & O’Connell LLP to report to our Sacramento, CA HQ loc and may work remotely. Do accounting & assurance functions for clients. Plan, budget, execute & manage client engagements &/or audit; & prep reporting products. Complete & deliver services timely & efficiently. Oversee lower-level associates incl providing feedback & conducting performance reviews. Resolve issues independently. ID & use opportunities to grow services to clients. Monitor & manage hourly yields for billings, pursue cost savings. Prep billing worksheets & convey to clients. Communicate w/ all associates, HQ personnel, mgmt, partners & clients. Participate in professional associations. Assist in firm mgmt/administration/personnel functions as assigned. Occasional evening hours. May undergo background checks. Wage: $100,000 - $130,000. Limited national travel may be involved, to client sites & office events/trainings. Travel up to 1-2 days/week; length of a single trip not to exceed 5 days. Must have Bachelor’s in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field with requisite accounting coursework, 3 years relevant public/corporate accounting experience, and 1 year relevant team lead experience.
