Job Details

Help drive industry and/or service line revenue though lead generation programs; help lead the pipeline sales process to ensure financial goals are being achieved.

 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Serves as a member of the marketing leadership team to help focus marketing activities to result in new leads, referrals, and market relevance.
  • Creates annual service revenue plan in conjunction with the practice leader.
  • Runs the regular service pipeline meetings using the standard agenda.
  • Recommend and develop marketing strategies, including metrics to define success, and help build support throughout the firm for these initiatives.
  • Understands the dynamics of the industry and the firm’s relevance to it.

Essential Functions:

  • Understands firmwide strategic growth initiatives and translates them into marketing strategies and goals to result in revenue growth.
  • Along with the Chief Revenue Officer, oversees and directs annual industry/service line/geographic market marketing planning and budgeting process.
  • Oversees the execution of the annual industry or service line planning calendar, which will be produced in conjunction with practice leaders.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance and support to creative team and practice team within the assigned area.
  • Facilitates information sharing, best practices, and collaboration across the firm.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • Minimum eight years of experience
  • Proven experience developing and executing detailed project plans with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills
  • Exceptional knowledge of traditional marketing and new media campaign principles
  • Proven experience developing a wide variety of marketing communications materials including websites, collateral materials, newsletters, case studies, videos, webinars, etc.
  • A demonstrated history of working collaboratively with a wide variety of stakeholders on complex deliverables
  • A strong understanding and experience of the designated industry this position is focused on.

Salary range:   $150,000 - $175,000
