M&A Tax Director / Senior Manager

Position can be Remote based. We are looking for an entrepreneurial M&A Tax professional excited by the challenge of growing the business and develping the team. Significant growth and leadership potential.

 

Job Details:

  • Structuring, agreement review, and transaction modeling experience required. Due diligence experience is also required, but the role’s focus leans more towards structuring/consultative.
  • CPA or JD/LLM required.
  • Corporate reorganization experience preferred (and should not just be limited to F reorganizations). Section 355/divisive reorganization experience a plus.
  • Partnership M&A experience is heavily preferred.
  • Memo writing capability preferred.
  • Section 382 study experience is a plus.
  • International tax M&A experience is a significant plus, especially in regard to Section 367 and reorganizations.
  • SALT M&A experience is a plus.
  • Transactional cost analysis experience is a plus.
  • WNT (Washington National Tax) experience is a plus.

Pay Range: $145,000 - $225,000.
